Records show that Jackson, Green & Preston began providing an Auctioneering service in 1924 and we now operate Grimsby's only remaining Auction House, holding weekly sales of antiques, furniture and other chattels.
Specialising in house clearances, we sell all manner of items from Grandfather clocks to electrical appliances, China figures to Grand Pianos. Nothing is too big or too small and the cost to the seller is only 11% (inclusive of insurance) of the price realised plus VAT (subject to minimum fee of £2 plus VAT).
In addition to weekly sales of general household goods, we hold occasional sales of antiques and other items of special interest, including commercial equipment and stock.

Items for sale may be delivered Monday or Tuesday by prior arrangement with the Auctioneer.
