Inventory/Check-in Clerk

This is a full time position at our Grimsby office working 37.5hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. You will be expected to work some Saturdays on a rota basis. You will be responsible for routine inspections and checking Tenants in and out of our rented properties. The purpose of routine inspections is to ensure the Tenants are complying with their Tenancy Agreement. If at these inspections it transpires the Tenants are not keeping the property in good order you will be required to advise them of these issues and to revisit them at a later date to ensure these problems have been resolved. At the inspection a Tenant may inform you of problems which need attending to at the property and you will need to liaise with the Landlord to seek authorisation to carry out any necessary repairs the Tenant has requested. If these repairs or improvements are authorised you will speak to Contractors to obtain quotes to have the work carried out. This will mean writing e-mails and letters in a professional manner, so an excellent knowledge of the English language as well as good keyboard skills are imperative. Training will also be given on checking Tenants in and out of properties. Full clean driving license and use of your own vehicle insured for business use is a necessity. Accounts Clerk

This is a part time position at our Grimsby office in the Accounts Department, working 3 days per week 9am to 5:30pm.  Full time cover will be required as necessary, to cover holidays and sickness.  The position involves posting Tenants rent, paying Contractos and paying Landlords.  Qualifications are not necessary but a head for figures is a must.

You will need to communicate with Landlords and Tenants and, therefore, an excellent knowledge of the English language as well as good keyboard skills are imperative.

Full training will be given on all aspects of the job.
