Specialising in full and part house clearances and working closely alongside our partners, we can offer a complete and professional service to meet the needs of the customer. We can offer services in Lincolnshire including Grimsby, Louth, Caistor, Market Rasen, Tetney, Scunthorpe, Elsham, Keelby, Immingham, Killingholme, Barnetby, Barton, Brigg, Goxhill,Somercotes, Fulstow & other surrounding areas in the county.
We offer a highly competitive seller's commission rate of just 15%, including VAT, of the price realised (this is broken down into 11% for cataloguing & illustrations, 1.5% for insurance plus the standard rate of VAT and each lot is subject to a minimum lot fee of £2).
We invite the entry of goods on a Monday & Tuesday between 9.00am – 5.00pm & also after the auction has finished on a Friday afternoon. In addition to this, we hold regular free weekly valuation clinics where you can bring in your goods on a Thursday from 2.30pm – 7.00pm.
We also hold catalogued antique & collectables sales via www.thesaleroom.com & invite good quality lot entries for these sales. Our online catalogued sales attract a worldwide audience, with buyers from as far as Australia, China & the United States of America. All of our catalogues are advertised online for at least two weeks prior to the sale, gaining the maximum exposure for your goods. Seller's commission for these sales is highly competitive at 18% inclusive of VAT, insurance, illustrations and advertising, (subject to a minimum lot fee of £4). We have found that the power of online exposure can double, triple or even quadruple estimated prices compared to general sales.
All purchases are subject to a buyer's premium of 18.5% + VAT.
