Commercial Property Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercial property administrator to work in our expanding commercial department based at our Cleethorpes Office.
This is a varied role and the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and forward thinking with the ability to work under their own initiative as well as working well with others in a team. The role will involve communicating by e-mail and telephone and the successful candidate will be expected to have basic computing skills. An understanding of ground rent and block management would be beneficial although in-house training will be provided and is not essential. As the role does involve accounting, knowledge of accounting functions is desired.
The main duties will include:
- Dealing with general account enquiries across the commercial department
- Chasing outstanding payments
- Generating reports and schedules
- Preparing invoices for payment
- Processing utilities and dealing enquiries

This is a part time role of 3 days a week working Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am - 5pm, equivalent to 22.5 hours per week.
Salary dependent upon experience and required educational support.
