Social Media and Marketing Executive

An opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Business Development & Marketing Manager. This role will include all aspects of social media and email marketing, business development, prospecting and article writing to drive traffic to our company pages. The ideal candidate will be able to  create engaging written and graphic content while staying up to date on the latest Estate Agency and Social Media trends.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is self-motivated with an ability to work independently and within a wider team environment
  • Has good planning and organisational skills
  • Has strong IT Skills
  • Has the ability to manage their own time and work load
  • Has previous experience with Social Media Platforms and Analytics

Hours of work : 30 hours a week

Lettings Administrator

We require an Administration Assistant to work in our busy Lettings Department. 

You will have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to solve problems. 

The job entails making appointments, arranging tenancies, including all documentation, inputting property details onto our website, speaking face to face with new tenants and talking them through the tenancy agreement in readiness for them to sign the legal documents, reception duties and any other tasks considered to be in your capabilities.

The position will be full time 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.
