​An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Secretary to join our busy Survey and Valuation team in our Grimsby office.

​You will have excellent Word skills and attention to detail, combined with exceptional organisaiton and an ability to communicate, with professionalism, on all levels.  The role will consist of audio typing, file management, dealing with telephone enquiries and diary management.  You may be asked to help out in other departments if required.

The position would suit someone who is approachable, flexible, confident, very client-focused, someone who is very accurate and has an eye for detail. 

You will be required to work Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm, equivalent to 37.5 hourse per week.

 Sales Negotiator

Due to an internal promotion within our Leasehold Enfranchisement department, we are currently looking for a full time Sales Negotiator.

Please find below a list of the main job duties in connection with the role 

This is not an exclusive list and Jackson Green and Preston reserve the right to add to this list, any other duties which we feel are within in the applicant’s capabilities:

Locking up and securing the office at the end of the day.

Property negotiations.

Taking and negotiating on offers.

Administration of paperwork.

Identifying clients subject to Money Laundering regulations.

Chasing exchange of contracts and general communication with Solicitors.

Updating both the Buyers and Vendors on the progression of purchase/sale.

Complying with all the relevant legislation affecting Estate Agents.

Answering the telephone and making appointments.

Entering information onto the database, including adding clients to our mailing list.

Occasional Property viewings.

The successful applicant will have a positive and confident attitude and be able to work in a very busy open plan office.  Salary will be discussed if you are successful with an interview.

You will have good keyboard skills and an excellent understanding of the English language.

The working hours are 9am to 5.45pm Monday to Friday and every third Saturday 9am to 4pm.  When you work a Saturday, a day in lieu will be given during the week.
