Identifying clients subject to Money Laundering regulations and adhering to all Money Laundering matters.

Chasing exchange of contracts and general communication with Solicitors.

Updating both the Buyers and Vendors on the progression of purchase/sale.

Answering the telephone and making appointments.

Entering information onto the database, including adding clients to our mailing list.

Using and producing reports through any available sources including but not limited to Rightmove and On the Market.

The successful applicant will have a positive and confident attitude and be able to work in a very busy open plan office. Experience in the profession would be preferred but if not, full training will be given to the right applicant. Salary will be discussed if you are successful with an interview.

You should have good keyboard skills and an excellent understanding of the English language.

The working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and approx every third Saturday per month working 9am to 3pm. When you work a Saturday, a day in lieu will be given during the week.
