Sales Negotiator

Please find below a list of the main job duties in connection with the role.

This is not an exclusive list and Jackson Green and Preston reserve the right to add to this list, any other duties which we feel are within in the applicant’s capabilities.

Property negotiation.
Vendor liaison.
Sales progression.
Administration of paperwork.
Identifying clients, subject to Money Laundering regulations and adhering to all Money Laundering matters.
Chasing sale progress from relevant Solicitors.
Updating Buyers and Vendors on the progression of purchase/sale.
Answering the telephone and making appointments.
Database entry, including adding clients to our mailing list.
Using and producing reports through any available sources including but not limited to Rightmove and On the Market.
Occasional Property viewings.

The successful applicant will have a positive and confident attitude and be able to work in a very busy open plan office.  Experience in the profession would be preferred but if not, full training will be given to the right applicant. Salary will be discussed if you are successful with an interview.

You should have good keyboard skills and an excellent understanding of the English language.

The working hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and every third Saturday 9am to 4pm.  When you work a Saturday, a day in lieu will be given during the week.
