1 The following are details of the covenants contained in the Conveyance
dated 10 September 1949 referred to in the Charges Register:-
"The Purchaser hereby covenants with the Vendors for the benefit of the

easement upon or over any part or parts of the adjoining or
neighbouring lands vested in the vendors and in case for any such
reasons as aforesaid any such easement would but for this present
clause have been acquired or had by it then and in any such case the
advantage of such easement shall be deemed to have been acquired and at
all times enjoyed by virtue solely of an agreement by deed or writing

5. PROVIDED ALWAYS AND IT IS HEREBY EXPRESSLY AGREED AND DECLARED that
nothing in these presents contained shall operate so as to prevent the

releasing varying or discharging any covenant or covenants entered into
or which may hereafter be entered into by the Purchaser or Purchasers
of any other adjoining or neighbouring land or from dealing with the
residue and remainder of the estate vested in them for the time being
unsold in any way which may to them the Vendors or their successors in
title seem good PROVIDED HOWEVER that in case the Vendors or their
successors in title shall release vary or alter any covenant or
covenants as aforesaid or shall acquiesce in the breach thereof or
