in writing of the Vendors or their agents for the time being for that

erected upon the said land or any part thereof any messuage or
buildings other than the messuage or building and outbuildings now
erected thereon
(3) Not at any time hereafter without such consent as aforesaid to

into or any place of public resort or amusement or sell or manufacture

PROVIDED ALWAYS AND IT IS HEREBY EXPRESSLY AGREED AND DECLARED that
nothing in these presents contained shall operate so as to prevent the
Vendors and their successors in title at any time and from time to time
releasing varying or discharging any covenant or covenants entered into
or which may hereafter be entered into by the Purchaser or Purchasers
of any other adjoining or neighbouring land or from dealing with the
residue and remainder of the estate vested in them for the time being
remaining unsold in any way which may to them the Vendors or their

or their successors in title shall release vary or later any covenant
or covenants as aforesaid or shall acquiesce in the breach thereof or

the Vendors or their successors in title shall release vary or alter
